Im a little hurry because i need to finish a job before february.

is possible to buy a macbook pro new from any shop and not paid VAT?

I hear some shops in asia can make you a student discount.. is it true?

Go to pantip plaza in bkk - SSDs are not everywhere, but someone there will sell you one I am sure. HDs are much easier to come by.

The Snow Leopard disk you can get in the Apple store or any service center, I am sure they'll loan you one so you can do the time machine backup. Otherwise - download one.

For VAT you can get a VAT refund form from the shop (filled in) and reclaim the VAT when you exit the country.
