August 31, 200520 yr I live in the hood and can tell you, don't go there. Condo prices are high, it's getting overcrowded and traffic is a disaster crawling through all the small sois in trying to avoid the main thru fares. 5 years ago it was nice and quite, but developers have gotten their paws on it and its becoming ######.
