20 Hi-Low gamblers caught by Pattaya Police

PATTAYA: -- Twenty suspected gamblers were arrested at a Resort in North Pattaya just before 2am on Tuesday. Pattaya Police were given information that one of the rooms was full of people and it was thought that a gambling event was taking place. Police Lieutenant Colonel Tarateap, the Deputy Pattaya Police Chief led a team of officers to a room at the Goodwill Resort where 16 men and 4 women were caught playing the popular dice game “Hi-Low” for money.
