what you type of car your looking for ?

Hire in BKK and save yourself hours on the journey. The train is very slow.

Agree with that (but late on the scene looking at the date from the OP). Can rent a car in Bkk for 800 bt day from Golden Car Rent, Phone: 02 246-7837 Contact: Khun Orasa for eng, email, goldencarrent AT yahoo.com

There's also a 'newish' car rental co in Hua Hin but I can't find the biz card. Brit giy I recall... where's buksida when you need him??? :D

OR, just look for almost any parked car clogging the streets of HH, with the 'taxi for hire' sign... (groan) :o

Cheers Guys.

Just a little late hahahha. Caught the so call sprinter at 7.45 from Hualampong got in Hua Hin at 12.45. What a journey I could have walked faster. I would hate to trevel the slow train if that was a sprinter.

Anyway got car sorted for a few days but had to rush back to bangkok.

Going to Hua Hin next week 20th > looking for unfurnished small condo for rent maybe 6 months. Any pointers as I'm just gonna drive around looking for signs for rent. What u think?
