Armed theft of Motorbike from female taxi driver in Jomtien

PATTAYA: -- A female motorbike taxi driver was the victim of a motorbike theft in Jomtien in the early hours of Wednesday Morning. Khun Jaruwan aged 44 reported the theft to Police at Dongtan Police Sub-Station on Jomtien Beach and later explained the chain-of-events leading to the theft, to us. Khun Jaruwan accepted a fare from a Thai Man in Soi Beokeow, close to the market. He intended to travel to a pawn shop in Soi Khopai to recover his television but when he arrived he was told that he would require his Thai ID Card to process his request.
