My question really is, are there any Thai or Foreign accountants in Chiang Mai who are familiar with the British tax system and could offer any worthwhile advice particularly in the area of self assessment?

Any help appreciated.

You can do a return online except the single page for non-residency have to be done using commercial software or on paper - it's a real bind as the commercial software may not be free and I've never had the patience to bother with it - it means I have to do a paper return every year just because of the non-residency page that IR need.
