Best Network In Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi People,

When i was last in Thailand 2007 i used the Orange Network ( Think is as changed to True Now )

I did not have any problems but was only useing Nokia ,, Now i am a Blackberry user and have been looking at Dtac & AIS Networks now i am looking for the best network to use so i can still have BBM & Emails send to my phone and use the internet i will be useing Blackberry Torch or 9700 Bold.. I will be useing it in Bangkok & Chiang Mai .. Thank For Reading ...

If it is service quality you want then I would go with Dtac. Three years ago when I moved here to CM for most of the year I was with AIS, but had repeated problems with things like international roaming that their Chiang Mai office seemed unable to cure. Eventually I switched to Dtac when I upgraded to an HTC Desire and have been most happy with their staff at Airport Plaza, their online payments system and the proactive manner in which they provide helpful information on optimising cost versus services used. I would not entertain going back to AIS which was chaotic to deal with, has a shockingly bad website and a Chiang Mai service centre that has all th appeal of a military recruiting office located in a part of town that has poor car parking access. My vote is with Dtac.
