Hi guys,

I'm looking for getting a few shisha pipes down to my restaurant in koh Phangan.

I do not know where to start or have street smart with shishas.

Basically I went to soi Nana in Bangkok yesterday and got one big one for 1800 Baht,

and a few shisha flavours (50 grams) @ 300Baht each to try out first.

There were not that many selections as well, apart from a few pipes with crappy foam

hoses that breaks.

Where are some of good shops around Bangkok or otherwise?

Is ordering a Hookah pipe online generally preferred or even legal?

I know ordering a shisha tobacco overseas will incur some sort of tax %.....

how high is this, and is it legal?

Will greatly appreciate it if I could get some advice and some sort of general direction with this.

you should go to the koh san road area ... lots of shops .. shisha bars there

they are sold in almost every allyway and soi around the mai koh san road area

if you get a tuk tuk to this police station you are right on the edge of koh san road

walk in any direction especially at night and you will see them everywhere

Beware that most of the shisha sold in Thailand are very low quality China shisha and break very easily.

Cheapest place for the pipes and the tobacco is Chatuchak market

The tobacco is still expensive. Always better to have any friends headed this way bring a few boxes of Al Fahker.

Can u tell me where exactly in Chatuchak market i can find tabacco and coal for shisha ? or other place than soi 3/1 i was there once and bought what i needed but they r not really helpfull and friendly... and so expensive...
