Norwegian tourist falls to his death from 8th floor of Pattaya hotel

Pattaya, Chon Buri - A 64-year-old Norwegian man fell to his death from the balcony of his room of a Pattaya hotel early Wednesday in what believed to be a suicide, police said.

Police said Anatol Gudz fell from his room at the Pattaya Jomthien Hotel at 2 am.

The hotel staffs told police that the man had checked in alone and had been staying at the hotel for a week.

Ukraine National reportedly jumps to his death at Luxury Hotel in Jomtien

PATTAYA: -- A tourist from Ukraine is reported to have jumped to his death from an 8th floor room at the Ambassador City Hotel in Jomtien, in the early hours of Wednesday Morning. Rescue Services and the Police were called to the Hotel to inspect the body of Mr. Anatolii Gudz aged 46 who had fallen close to the Information Counter at the front entrance to the Hotel. The body was initially taken to the Queen Sirigit Hospital in Sattahip and later transferred to the Police Forensic Institute in Bangkok for a post mortem examination.
