Renting A House Long Term Samui

I will be moving to samui very shortly and would like to rent a house hopefully by the beach ,it will be long term as i am starting a new job any info i can get on a house or rental comp. would be great thank you

What part of Samui are you thinking about?

Really the best advise is to take a trip round the island and look out for the house for rent signs. But if your anywhere near my area I may be able to offer some more specific locations.

thank you soph, maybe around the bo phut/ lamai area but i am easy i have transport roughly what rent would i be paying ,nice house ,one bed

Anywhere between 4000 baht and 15000 baht depending on locations.

There are some lovely houses just south of Lamai with all amenities for 10,000 baht, and if you have your own transport your well away as the houses out in the sticks are usually a bit cheaper.
