Pls Recommend A Service Apartment Under 10000 Baht

I would like to stay in Bangkok for 1 month. I know there're some service apartments around that rate but can someone recommend the best one?

I stayed in 2 serviced apartment near Victory Monument before, one was 13000 baht per month and the other one was 8500 baht per month. In fact, the 8500 one is much better than the 13000 one. Now that 8500 baht serviced apartment become very popular and all studio rooms are fully booked until end of this year.

Prefer clean and modern room, comfortable bed (no bed bug), high speed internet in room prefer. location near bus stop/mrt/bts, doesn't matter.
