I don't understand what your are asking about. Thai Karaoke music are standard video formats supplied on VCDs or DVDs. Just about any media player can play them.

However the VCDs are and old format and some newer programs and players may not support them. Not many Thais have VCD players anymore as the DVD players are so inexpensive. DVDs hold more songs they also have a better picture and sound quality..

Could it be you are thinking the CD-G format is used on foreign Karaoke music? That's a different story. It does require special software and players.

You can buy Thai Karaoke disks just about anywhere that sell CDs or DVDs music and videos. Flea markets, IT centers, Department stores. Video stores, etc....
