As far as I know it is banned in China. The only way to access it there would be through a VPN. Plenty of free ones about but not sure how reliable.

It is though a good enough reason to look to moving to China :D

I live and work in China, and yes a number of web sites are blocked, including Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. I downloaded (whilst on a visit to HK) a programme called Freegate and it gets around the problem nicely
