I seen the prices starting at about 1.4 million and up and geared to the westerner who wants to buy and many to pick from what is the rules for the purchase of them?

And is there any compnaies like the ones i seen in pattaya in chaing rai or chaig mai?

A friend told me he can also own land here if is is set up a certain way, with a company and the house can be in his name, how is this done?
