After 4 years of Bangkok, I just got the idea of checking out the Blues Factory Bar, which I used to love for many years. Got there, everything looked really old, the Phili singer I used to love wasn't there anymore and I ended up paying 150 baht for a drink which was almost the size of a shot and the atmosphere pretty much numb, if it wasn't for the guys playing there, I wouldn't have even stayed for that drink...Whatever happened to that place? Used to rock back in the day. Was one of my favorite bars in Pattaya...

Depends what time you were there, they have distinct changes in atmosphere through the night with the different bands, for me it is better later.

What night did you go?

The Phili singer is still there but doesn't work everynight, if it was a tuesday or wednesday its normally quiet until around midnight when Lam Morrison starts.

The only drinks that are 150bht are Black label or Chivas which is a pretty normal price for Walking st.

The bar has been pretty quiet since songkran but is picking up now.
