Price Premium Per Floor?

Obviously this is going to vary a little bit, depending on the developer. But on average, how much of a premium could I expect to pay per floor on let's say... a new development that starts at around 80,000 bht p/sqm. 500 Baht p/sqm? Closer to 1,000? More?
