Need this program when i get back to thailand, anyone see it for sale at the usual places?

It's a little bit specialist for most of the pirate stores in Pantip and the like. It's not even available on any of the major torrent sites, if you really want it your going to have to buy it for $397 USD

Having a fair amount of experience in converting PSD to CSS/HTML I am a little skeptical it's worth it's price tag, the hard part is creating quality designs in Photoshop, converting them to quality sites require skill and intelligence something I feel a software package cannot offer.

Anyway that's only my opinion, good luck.
