Moderate Priced 2-3 Month Stay Accomadations

I am looking for a moderately priced accomodation upto 15000 Baht for a 2-3 month stay this winter. I would not exclude the less expensive 5000 Baht per month accomoations. Accomoation must be guest friendly; preferably with no walk of shame entrance. Must have a pool. I love to swim. Also, have cable TV. Be Reasonably safe. Near shops, and entertainment. I love to walk. So an interesting walking area with shops is appreciated. I have non exclusive interest in the Thepea Gate area, or Chiang Mai University area. If accomoation has no pool, if their is a good pool nearby, that is not very expensive to use. This would be an accceptable compromise. I have been to Thailand 5 times before. Most recently this past winter for 64 days.
