I'm sorry, I have absolutely zero idea what you are having problems with. Perhaps you could give us some more details as to exactly what you're seeing.

Believe he is talking about using IE9 to reply to forum topic not having any spell check performed even if the ABC icon is available.

I have used IE9 with IESpell installed using fast reply for this post. I do not like it as there does not seem to be a check spelling as you type option (which is what I use in Chrome and FF) but if I click on the ABC checkmark at top right of forum fast reply window the text is checked.
