Online Payment K-Bank Question

Featured Replies

I am trying to make an online payment but I get stuck at "User authentication". See attechment 2

They ask for Login Name and Password. Which one?

Login Name:

1)the login name you use when login at the K-Cyberbanking?

2) Or your card name ? (attechment 2)

I tried both.

Password

1) Password for Cyberbanking

2) CVV number on card (attechment 1)

Am I missing something?

Thanks!

Hi MangoAndCo

Not sure what you are trying to do here.

Obviously SCB is asking for your regular SCB login name and password.

What has Kasikorn to do with all this?

You can do your payment with your Kasikorn shopping card OR do it through SCB.

Why are you trying to do a payment getting both banks involved at the same time?

So SCB is a bank and not an umbrella organisation for all banks?

Then I guess Air Asia only allows SCB payments...?

But this doesn't make any sense, why would Air Asia exclude other banks...

I have a Kasikorn Web Bank shoppingcard, but I can't seem to use it for Air Asia.

It gives only a SCB option.

Correct. And I think Nok Air accepts only Kasikorn. So off the Siam Commercial Bank you go and open an account with them as well.

How many sales do Air Asia lose due to the difficulty that people have in paying them through credit/debit cards? They have lost a number of sales to me, perhaps Air Asia should follow TV a little more and they will see that many people complain about the same problem.

you need to set up visa verified on your account. Go to Kasikorns main page and then set it up from there. You have to enter your detailas and also a password that you use when purchasing online. This is a link to the page you need: Visa Verified

You're absolutely right, even paying with my credit card took me ages. The websites is slow and I had to book several times because it took me longer than 9 minutes. I think Air Asia is doing too well, otherwise they would have improved their website.

Thaimiller I have online shopping card, if that is what you mean.

I don't know but I often have these issues until I enroll myself into this little extra security step called Verified by Visa and it solved all the problems I previously had.

Perhaps that's why??
