Hi Everyone

I will be needing a re-entry permit for when I go to Malaysia for 1 week in July. I was wondering what documentation I need to provide to immigration in Phuket Town? I already have the form, I got this when I went to do my extension. Also for a single re-entry permit, the fee is 1000 baht?

Form, 1,000 baht and passport photo.

In Chiang Mai they also want a copy of the passport and of the flight ticket, but that is not the norm. Not sure about phuket.

Got one last Friday at CM...

They also want a copy of your Visa/permission to stay and your Departure card.

(CM do not need copy of flight ticket)
