Thai Embassy In Singapore

Featured Replies

I am hoping to apply for a double-entry tourist visa, and am considering which Thai embassy/consulate to go to. (I'm 27, British, with an expired 1-year non-imm B and a 90-day stamp due to expire on 1st November.)

I've heard that Singapore can be quite strict about issuing visas - is this true only for non-imm or for tourist visas too?

Do people have any experiences of the Thai embassy in Singapore?

Thanks for you help,

Mat.

I personally would not be visiting Singapore expecting to obtain more than a single entry tourist visa after having evidence of over a year in Thailand (if that is what you have) under questionable circumstances (unless you have a good reason for having had that B visa).

Note that I am looking at it from the perspective of someone seeing you passport with no other information - you may well have had good reason for the visa and now the tourist visa that I am not aware of.

Ditto.

Your best bet is a triple entry tourist Visa from Penang IMO!
