you can ask at the shop about 50 meters after happy bar in maenam towards nathon, the guy covers car seats and matress with different materials.

maybe PVC also.

thanks i'll ask them. i know i can get it done in surat and probably cheaper but it is still 2 ferries and gasoline plus they might take more than 1 day to do ends up being cheaper here.
