Xiaflex or, in Europe, Xiapex are FDA/EU approved Clostridial collagenase injections which can restore movement to affected digits.

Has anyone seen or heard if this treatment is available in Thailand.

it is not yet approved for use in Thailand.

Should note that it does not offer that much advantage over needling and can be more painful, and is a slower therapy as only one joint can be done at a time. it's main advantage would be in cases where the location on the findger is too close to a nerve to perform needling.

Ultrasound-guided needling is an equally uninvasive procedure and can be done on several fingers at once.
