Does my thai fiancee need to include her birth certificate in the documents for a uk tourist visa? She has lost the original will she need a new one?

Check here for all the info. I need one for a settlement dont know for tourist? Someone will for sure!

I personally believe that submitting the birth certificate is duplication of effort. Your fiancée will have to submit her passport, which is prima facie evidence of her name, date of birth and place of birth. What else of relevance is a birth certificate going to add?

yeah scouse my gf seems to think the same way but i wasn't having none of it at the time ! i still think she should have one just incase, who knows when the rules might change again?
