Party Venue Needed

Dear all,

I am leaving Thailand for a year to go and work back in England and want to organise a kick-ass leaving party (in Bangers). Does anyone know of a good place to hold it that's not tooo expensive. I was going to have it at Sit Ne in soi ari but they've shut down.

The perfect venue should:

1. have a bar selling reasonably priced beers (not a "let's all run up a huge tab and then argue over it" type place)
   
2. have Room to dance and music to dance to
   
3. be happy to stay open late
   

It could come in the form of

1. A bar which is nicely kitted out but badly run so they have no customers (like Sit Ne was, that's why they've shut down)
   
2. A nice place with a private room that they'll let us have for not too much
   
3. Your mansion, that you have been desperately trying to find random people to throw parties in
   

Thanks for any help and suggestions that you may be able to afford me. I wanna make it really good.
