Physio Or Similar For Injury In Bangkok?

Featured Replies

I think I might have pulled a muscle or sprained something but either way my arm hurts when I exercise it and perform certain movements.

Does anyone know of a good person I can go and see who can help or should I just leave it to get better of its own accord? I am in Bangkok.

I like going to the gym and will be disappointed if I can't go for a while so would like to see someone to make it better faster if I can.

Thanks.

All the main hospitals have physio departments but you need to see an ortho first to determine what is needed, if it is something that would be helped by physio they'll refer you. Some problems are better managed by rest, others by appropriate exercise, still others may represnt a swerious underlying disorder that needs specific treatment.
