Pre Paid Mobile Options

Featured Replies

Could someone give me a clue of a pre paid sim that has a long expiry time. The ones I've seen you seem to have to put a couple of hundred baht in them every month to keep the sim active. I won't be calling on it but just need a phone number so I can be contacted from overseas. 3 - 6 months would be ideal.

Thanks

I am using Dtac Happy Simcard. It got the long period of active time with minimum top up

The DTAC Simple SIM gives 90 days per top up, presumably any value top-up?

Four (4) 50 baht top-ups would do it?

The One-2-Call SIM gives 60 days with a 10 baht min top-up

Make sure to review the T's & C's as some call for usage (call, top-up) every 90 days.

it still works. i have mine extended for a year by paying 12 baht or something with happy. i think you have to do 180days twice at 12 baht an extension. Just checked my phone with *101*9# and my card is valid up to June 2012. :)

please look at these sites:
