90 Day Reporting

Featured Replies

I am due to do my 90 day reporting on the 30th October however I will be leaving Thailand on the 5th October and returning on the 19th ( I have a re entry permit) do I still need to report at the end of October.

No your 90 days will start again from when you return on the 19th. The 90 days report is only if you stay 90 consecutive days in Thailand.

I was told that if one was here on the due date only should report.

As said the 90 days will start again on the day you return.

That should make it 16th January provided you do not leave in the meantime.

If you leave before the current due date there is no due date until 90 days after your return.
