I got a Non-O in the UK last March/April that was good for 4 mulitple entries.

I recently got a Non-B in KL for 3 months, running out in December.

Does this Non-B screw up my Non-O?

There is nothing on the stamp which indicates it is invalid but my circumstances may be changin in the future and I would like to know if my remaining 2 entries on my Non-O can be used or whether I have to get a new visa.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Probably, I'm pretty sure that new visas kill existing ones, but I too have not seen this documented anywhere official :D

Just out of interest, why did you get the non-b? You can get a work permit against a non-o (I have one). :o

My non-O has a big stamp on it saying "Employment Prohibited" so was advised to go to KL to change visa. The company paid so I was happy as I had never been to KL before - great place, lots of shops and restaurants.

Yeah, I lived in KL for 2 years (actually PJ), great place.

Interesting. I thought that stamp was only for O-A (retirement) visas.

My non-O has a dirty great 'no extension of stay', extensions work just fine though. The immi man said it was a cop out in case they didn't want me to stay (could have been joking though).

Anyway, it's all in the past now, may be worth a trip to your local immi dept, they might have a definitive answer on the validity issue.

The additional Non-B does not invalidate the Non-O.

I have done this myself I got a Multi 1 year O and after 4 months I got a NON-B. After I left the country I came back on my Non-O.

The think I had to be careful about was to put the correct Visa number on the entry card

Yeh I will try to extend the non-B then I might take my chance with a visa run to see if my non-O can be re-used, if not I will just get a tourist visa or head back to KL (I did not buy nearly enough DVD's last time at Bukit Bintang Plaza or fake rolexs which are ten times cheaper than in Thailand)
