Sorry being a little cynical with your use of the French language.Think you will find Thai works well here.If you use the literal translation into Thai as "mia noi" most Thais will understand what you are looking for. The term Au Pair conjures up associations with nubile foreign young women who will gratefully allow you to defile them while taking wonderful care of your children.
