My parents are flying in on monday and will be there for 5 hours. Are the restaurants still open ????

No water and it has 3m flood walls, it is and will be fine.

As of two hours ago, you would never know there was flooding occurring in Thailand if you never left the airport. Restaurants lounges all operating normally. As a matter of fact there was no sign of it all the way back to Asoke except for the preventative sandbagging in front of the businesses once off the express way.
