longball53098
This is what I read on the website for Logitech Warranty issues: How to Obtain Warranty Support Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend you visit the support section at www.logitech.com for technical assistance. Valid warranty claims are generally processed through the point of purchase during the first thirty (30) days after purchase; however, this period of time may vary depending on where you purchased your product ? please check with Logitech or the retailer where you purchased your product for details. Warranty claims that cannot be processed through the point of purchase and any other product related questions should be addressed directly to Logitech. The addresses and customer service contact information for Logitech can be found in the documentation accompanying your product and on the web at www.logitech.com/contactus. Maybe you already saw this but hope this helps

longball53098
OP , you do not mention if you bought the mouse in Thailand? How about the shop where you purchased it? You could try sending an email to Invadeit a TV sponsor with a question about Logitech service in Thailand. Those guys are usually very helpful and may have the answer for you I found this on the net,,,,,,,,,it points warranty to Singapore Edit to add the attachment Edited November 2, 2011 by longball53098
