I have a m100 logitech mouse that it is functioning erratic and it says it has a 3 year warranty. I have it about 6 months. Does anyone know if there is a service center or agent for logitech in Bangkok.

OP , you do not mention if you bought the mouse in Thailand? How about the shop where you purchased it? You could try sending an email to Invadeit a TV sponsor with a question about Logitech service in Thailand. Those guys are usually very helpful and may have the answer for you
