No "diet" is meant to be forever. A healthy lifestyle is what's needed, meaning a variety of foods from all groups so you get the nutrients you need. Too many carbs you'll gain weight as you age, especially if they're processed and high in sugar. Too much meat without any carbs you're digestive system takes a hit, meaning it's not enough fiber to protect it, along with missing needed nutrients that veggies, grains and fruits have. You can go low carb as long as you're eating green veggies in sufficient quantities for your gut. Too much fat over a long period is not healthy. as is too much protein.
I hope that this includes all Thai government officials, "influential" Thai families and politicians, as well as big business families involved in the illegal drug trade.
But, alas, it will not..
