I noticed earlier that one of the "players" was in here with 116 posts and only joined in apil or may. I thought bedlam was earnt by post count or invitaion from when it was the vip room. So how come the players get automatic entrance?

Yeah, he went into this 'sour grapes' mode when they outlawed pictures of naked bodies here in Bedlam. Check out some of the posts from that issue...its a very similar routine. Once I mention it, though, his attention is momentarily diverted to me and he forgets his 'real issue' right away. He doesn't like being called an 'exciteable boy' either....he is very easily distracted by my comments....let's see if it works this time or if he'll just ignore me.

The mods team invited the players to join Bedlam, simple as that.
