Can anyone give me contact details on Sunshine Guest House on Petchkasem Road in Hua Hin?

We live in Pattaya and Wife would like to visit Hua Hin with a friend of hers for 2 days and was looking at that hotel but cant find any contact info on it?

Would anyone advise on this Hotel if decent?

Or anyone has some better ideas for same price and same location as it looked close to the centre and beach?
