According to the figures it is the same as in the US. I've lived in the US and the women there are promiscuous as some say. I never got laid until I was 25(which happens to be when I made my first sex trip to Thailand!). In fact, the number of singles is at a record high in a lot of western countries so it seems not many women are even having sex.

Promiscous? Not very.
