All is working fine for me now SMS, thank you for your help.

I am sure there will be some credit point questions arise sooner or later :o

Wasn't this supposed to be a free service for Thaivisa members?

The 'credit' system is a bit worrying, if it's so many a month that's great. Just hoping it's not going to turn into so many a $, sort of defeats the object then.

Registered all ok, got PIN immediately, then realised the time & don't want to wake all my friends up at 4 am, so I'll try on my day off..

(of course all my friends are 'good' girls & boys who wouldn't be up at 4am anyway :o )

I still can't get the sms.thaivisa.com page to load

Am I using he correct one. It seems to load and it stops with a blank page.

Ah the wonderful True Proxies :o

I fixed it with a change of Proxy.

are you sure you are using the password sent to you via PM and not the thaivisa password?

Is there a function to change the password yourself? Would be nice as impossible to remember the other one! Cheers!

In the next release we intend to attach the logins to the thaivisa database, then you wont be required to remember the one issued by us.

For now just save the PM.

I would try to get a changepassword function.

thanks to the beta testers we have made some major upgrades.

in case you find any more bugs please inform here.

Our coders would gladly fix them asap.

Hi SMS, still no joy, I get "provider not supported" I use Orange UK. any ideas ?

Sending new PIN to +447970xxxxx....Provider not supported

( i have xxxx the last few numbers so as not to broadcast my number )

you dont need to put the +

just enter 447970xxxxx as your number

Orange UK is supported.

Think I posted this somewhere else before - but any way to change the first given password after login as impossible to remember. Cheers!

Hi Firefan,

very soon we would integrate sms.thaivisa.com with thaivisa.com, then there will be no need to remember additional password, your thaivisa.com passwor would be needed to login at sms.thaivisa.com

for now we would add a change password function and keep you posted.

In case the site developers don't know about this problem, I've posted this picture. This is what I get when I try to edit the name of an entry in my SMS Phone Book:

Apart from that, all working perfectly, messages sent and received OK! (On DTAC)

hi chuchok,

are you sure you were entering the correct password? (the one which was PMed to you)

the site is not supposed to ask for your PIN after you have entered it correctly once.

Hi,

this bug is fixed.

Now you can save contacts to your phone book.

After you save the contacts in the phone book, they will appear on the send sms page...

you can also open the phone book and select multiple contacts and click on send 'sms to selected' , this would take you to the send sms page. the message you type here goes to all selected.
