Where to get a telescopic baton that I can keep on the scooter to quickly whack Soi Dogs with a biting addiction in the head?

Don't know where you are but they are available on Beach Road in Pattaya, any of those sidewalk vendors that display knives, swords, throwing stars

and other assorted weapons that you had better put in your checked baggage when you leave Thailand

Outside the Police Station next to the Amphur at Banchang, Rayong, I have seen a stall selling them, along with many bits of kit being eagerly inspected by police officers. I bought a decent pair of 'not-Canon' binoculars there.

They sell em between suk 4-6 on the street. Ask for a guy named lefty.

Why would you want an ASP baton for dogs. Every time you open it you will have to stop to collapse it on the concrete. Better a piece of rope with a weight on the end. Jim

The new expandable battons can be closed with your hands now you do not need the concrete floor. I have seen them in the prtison system
