I received the TrueVisions TV Guide for January 2012 yesterday and was ver surprised that they are bringing BBC Entertainment back again.

I have been so angry and frustrated since that cut off my favourite TV channel. It has been like a prison sentance that has just ended. However, I've still got to get it connected again.

I still have many bones to pick with TrueVisions:

1. The antenna is too small; every time it rains there is interuption (my free satellite channlels with bigger antenas are unaffected.

2. A long time in the past, they changed the menu screen so that now I can't read the channels, the charactors are too big.

3. The TV guides are now showing up on time (more or less) but there is nothing for BBC entertainment. Checking the TrueVisions web site also shows nothing for BBC Entertainment.

4. Getting anythging changed is a real pain. Chiang Mai always tell you to call Bangkok. The number in Bangkok just gives music.

5. A few days befoire the end of the month, I get a big notice on the screen threating to cut off the service if I don't pay the bill. In spite of telling TV to remnove this, I still get it.

I miss BBC Entertainment so much that I will pay anything to get it back. I hope that TV don't take advantage of this. I've already seen coments about an A LaCarte Menu for BBC Entertainment. If this is the case, I would ask TV to suppy only BBC Ent and cancel all the other gartbage which is consists mainly of repeats, which, if I get BBC Ent back, I wouldn't have time for anyway.

Why don't you view the BBCi player over the internet. You can see all the BBC programmes you want for free.
