Correct, unless you track the components of a Ford as it crosses the US/Canada-US/Mexico border dozens of times. Much of this isn't Chinese manufactured goods, but assembled/relabeled product from other countries. -

And the best way to recruit other nation to cooperate in decoupling from China is to alienate them by imposing tariffs on them. Genius!!!- 1
