I'm indian guy . May I know about the education certificate , is it neccessary document for change tourist visa to non-b in thailand. I here the officer theyt want only original [my original still in India] and my visa run is not enough for waiting the original that my father would send to me by air mail next week.

It is the Indian Embassy not the officer at the Labor Dept. Depends on that officer at the Embassy, as they need to certify it is legit.

OH !! it's Impossible for India Embassy to guarantee your education certificate by a copy.

In changing tourit visa to non-B every documents [14 lists] must be original and your nationality is Indian, it's hard !!!

I think in this case , you must try to negotiate with the immigration officer for recieve your application first and then you promise them to send the document that still lacking [education certificate] later. And the processing for changing tourist to non-b is use about 21 days . So if your visa run is nearly to expire , you can get an extension 7 days for indian nationality.

A good negotiate can help you. Cheer !!!
