Well there's a few holidays coming up this month so...

It seems that everytime a holiday is coming up someone posts a question of if the bars will be open and serving alcohol. I myself am usually curious about this so maybe we can make a go at getting this all down. Below is a list from another post of this year's Thai holidays so could somebody that's in the know please let us know which ones are acceptable drinking days and which are not (in accordance with Thai 'law').

Are there additional days where drinking is banned? I remember something about election days..when are those?
