Before I book, I'd like to hear if anyone has any experiences (good or bad) they can relate with this company? Just looking to go BKK-downtown hotel and back. Looking to spoil the wife this trip and not go with a taxi.

Not tried them but I always use AOT limos from the baggage area and they have always been good. I would never again use a meter taxi from the airport. I did try image limo once but to be honest I prefer AOT.
