Tot Higher Than 6Mbps Available/ Any Good?

Featured Replies

Want if possible higher than 6mbps Internet. Preferably with TOT because there would be no cumbersome change over process involving the land lord, etc. Availabe and any real good?

Depending where you are they do 6mb, 12mb and 20mb (sometimes 10mb I think). I booked the 20, but got 8 - works OK - international can get really slow - but that's not TOT that's the same with any internet here, crap international cabling/sharing deals.

///reason for edit: As usual new TV interface playing up - ate some of the text!

Seems to depend on your location and their infrastructure in the area. When I signed up for TOT ADSL, I was interested in the 6mb package but was told by the TOT saleswoman that, in my neighborhood, nobody got speeds higher than the base package regardless of what they signed up for. She actually went so far as to give me a tally of what packages had been purchased on my street. I was somewhat surprised that they were so forthcoming but perhaps you could simply go to the local TOT office and ask?

I use the 10 MB ,, and only TOT is available in my area, at first i got alot of problem with it. but i keep calling them everytime i got the problem ,i think they tired of my phone calls so right now its working great hahahahaha.
