Where In Thailand Can I Buy A Europe Style Keyboard

Featured Replies

Looking for a place in Thailand where I quickly can buy a Europe style keyboard. Prefer a back-light key board and Logitech is my preferred brand, NO wireless needed and if in good condition also second hand welcome !

Thank you for any help because in Udon Thani I have not been able to find this.

I don't think I've seen an English only keyboard on sale here even in the big malls. I suspect ebay will be your friend or do you have someone who could bring one over with them?

Any particular reason you don't want Thai? Personally I don't find it distracting and it means Wifey can use the PC.

Microsoft Natural Ergonomic keyboard has no Thai letters (at least the ones I've seen). I've seen it in IT City, JIB and some smaller shops around Bangkok (including Zeer). If you've got IT City in Udon Thani they may be able to get it. No backlight, not logitech but the best keyboard I've used in years. Don't be put off by it being a split ergonomic keyboard - you get used to it. You may be put off by the physical size and price (1800 Baht).

I have an almost new never used logitec german one here if you need

I got one from invadeIT. Only English letters, no Thai letters. here's the link. I like mine.

Gary A is right, there are models without Thai letters. Generally you can say the more expensive a keyboard the higher the chance of English only.

We just checked on the Logitech Illuminated that Gary A linked, and unfortunately Logitech tells us that it's been discontinued so we have just disabled it on our website.

It's been replaced by a wireless model (everything is going wireless these days), the K800 Illuminated Wireless Keyboard.

Another English only model is the Logitech K750 Wireless Solar Keyboard (I use this one myself and I could not be happier, it is not backlit though as you asked for).

Logitech K800 illuminated keyboard is a good one ! simple, not fancy with all kind of complicated function keys . . .

almost the top of the line product, at THB2,990 ! worth anyway !

I think the OP is looking for a european keyboard although they vary, They have european specific keys such as accents and have a different layout to the US american ones,

Don't buy a French keyboard, they use a totally different layout. bah.gif
