Calling Overseas From Thailand

Featured Replies

i have used Cat telecom in the past to call overseas but sometimes it can be expensive. I wanted to know if there are any alternatives ? For my job i need to call Dubai,Panama and practically every country in Europe and i need to do this from a mobile or a laptop. Is there another way to do this ?

I use truemove inter with the 00600 prefix for calls to the US and Europe. Prices start at 1 Baht/min and depend on where you calling, and if it’s to a landline or a mobile.

I use CAT pin cards from my mobile and are fairly cheap. CAT has a free call number so no charge from AIS for the call. Have a look at thaitelephone.com/EN as they sell lots of different card types and have information on rates and how to use etc. I have been using this company for 7 years and never a problem (on their side anyway).

Cheers

Try smartvoip.com just put in $15.00 load and you can call US, Canada and many European countries for free. Also free land and mobil calls to Thailand.

I second these guys......

Pleased to see the 1 baht landline rate to most civilised countries still stands. Personally I couldn't be bothered with this voip and Skype stuff although some may prefer it.
