Reliable Basic Touchscreen Android Phone ?

Featured Replies

What exacty is 3 G and why is it better than a normal phone ?

Not that it is better LB just different wink.png

3G is literally 3rd generation but I think most use it to describe

being able to use a 3G network on your phone.

Or more precisely to have internet access on your phone & all that goes with that technology...(streaming data while away from a wifi/hotspot)

Of course it will also have wifi capability so you can switch to that if your home or near a free wifi

like Starbucks etc.

Because 3G is sometimes sold by how much you use it...Folks will be careful to use the free wifi when available.

Anyway that is the short answer I am sure others will add more.

Here is a little dictionary of G's wink.png

You & me both buddy wink.png

I do have it but rarely use it for internet ( my phone samsung galaxy cooper)

I did use it to check prices the other day at Kitco before seeing my PM dealer

& I had to enlarge the one section I was looking at so big it took all of my 3" screen to just see that one price smile.png
