Anyone ever taken anti anxiety meds in Thailand?
Don't eat heavy carb meals after 6pm. Try to limit your alcohol drinking to weekends, if it's a factor. Hot full fat milk an hr before bed does wonders. I used to get panic attacks and started on fluoxitine 20mg back in 2018. You can get it here at the some local pharmacies. It's helped me. I've noticed a huge improvment in my sleep since I lowered my alcohol intake. -

K bank E-mail with Tax Forms attached ?
That's strange they would send a non-US citizen the IRS reporting forms. It will be interesting to see if they send it to all of their customers. I haven't received anything from Kasikorn yet, but I filled out the forms when I opened my Kasikorn account in 2018. -

Yes and not a surprise to me as I had to sign forms confirming that I am not a US citizen, no US phone number/adress etc.pp. when opening bank account at Bangkok Bank. Enough for today... -
