I have a TOT toll free number that when my customers dial it they get a busy signal or the call gets disconnected. Does anyone have a trouble reporting number that I can call to get TOT's help to fix it?

1100 is the country wide service number.

I also have some office numbers for them in Pattaya if that's where you're located?

You need to specify your area. TOT has different numbers for each service area. Or go to your local TOT office. They can give you the service number for that area.
